Our INDUSTRY division offers tailored solutions for the process and chemical industries, machinery and plant engineering, and energy management – delivering optimally matched materials and highly efficient system solutions.
For our sales department, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Eastern Europe. Your responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies to grow market share in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia); identifying and approaching new business opportunities; actively acquiring and developing new customers; managing and expanding long-term relationships with existing key accounts; presenting and demonstrating technically complex products tailored to customer needs; leading negotiations and successfully closing contracts; monitoring market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities; representing the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and regional marketing events; collaborating closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure excellent customer service; preparing and delivering accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to management; and traveling extensively within the assigned region.
Your qualifications include a university degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration); minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments; experience in the sealing or insulation industry is a strong advantage; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; confident and persuasive in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals; self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player; fluent in English; knowledge of one or more Eastern European languages is a plus; and willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Eastern European region.
