Freeman Health Essentials is the area's preferred provider for home medical equipment and services. Accredited through the Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation (HQAA). Inside Health Essentials is a retail scrub shop providing scrubs, lab coats, shoes and medical equipment.
40 hours per week, day shift
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delegation of duties for the DME Customer Representatives and Orthotic Fitters at all Health Essentials location. Assist the Assistant Director of Durable Medical Services with providing orientation and on-going education of customer service staff and Orthotic Fitters. Collaborates with Assistant Director to enhance working relationships with other departments. Assist with goal development, monitoring, staffing and productivity of the customer service staff and Orthotic Fitters.
