IT Support Specialist (Level 3)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist (Level 3) to join our remote team. In this role, you'll support internal users by diagnosing complex technical issues, ensuring seamless IT operations, and contributing to system improvements. You'll work remotely on a day shift aligned with Australian time zones, supporting a dynamic environment and a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Escalate unresolved problems to vendors or internal technical teams.
• Document issues and resolutions to maintain IT knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance and preemptively identify risks.
• Implement IT security practices and procedures.
• Contribute to IT projects and cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a Level 3 IT Support or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Strong technical expertise with Windows and macOS systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
