We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. You will provide an efficient catering service, serving drinks, preparing and serving food and snacks as well as assisting customers on the Reception desk. You will be delivering excellent customer service at all times. Ideally coming from a similar role, you will be a genuine team player, able to work off your own initiative and be enthusiastic and motivated. You will also be responsible in assisting with growing the membership numbers and increasing income. However, aside from selling memberships to new prospects this role is also about being the start of the membership retention process for that individual too.
