Local Store Marketing Associate

The Local Store Marketing Associate will focus on promoting Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers brand locally by implementing marketing initiatives and building community relationships. This role does not involve working in-store but will require learning about store operations to align marketing strategies effectively.

We are looking for individuals who are self motivated, can work with minimal supervision, has a professional appearance, articulate and outgoing.

No experience is necessary, all training will be on the job!

As a Local Store Marketing Associate, you will help build sales at your assigned location by increasing brand recognition, building relationships in the community, increasing guest frequency, while setting up fundraisers and catering events.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive store traffic.
2. Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.
3. Setup caterings and fundraisers.
4. Distribute promotional materials and manage local event participation.
5. Monitor and report on the success of local marketing efforts.
6. Collaborate with the store management and the teams to ensure marketing aligns with operational goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a professional demeanor
• Must be articulate, outgoing and friendly
• Must be comfortable selling the brand to those not expecting you
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to visit multiple businesses within 1, 3 and 5 miles from the store
• Successful passing of a background check, drug test and DMV check
