✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and selling Renaissance Learning’s products and services within an assigned territory
- Achieve revenue goals through prospecting, new business, customer renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high product renewal rates and collaboration with Customer Success partners
- Requires regular travel for customer engagements, conferences, and revenue-generating activities
- Possess deep knowledge of the K-12 education space, including understanding of districts, school administrative roles, funding, purchasing process, and trends
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in education sales, B2B, or SaaS
- Proficient in using collaboration tools such as Outlook, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong knowledge of education customers, their organizational structures, and leadership personas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated capacity for resourcefulness and creative problem-solving in a sales environment
