✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and selling Renaissance Learning’s products and services, focusing on Practice and Instruction, within the assigned territory
- Drive new business, cross/up-sell, and renewal opportunities by engaging multiple decision-makers and utilizing internal and external networks
- Consultatively sell solutions aligned with customers' unique problems and strategic objectives, leading the account team to develop winning solutions
- Consistently close business deals by independently developing persuasive presentations and overcoming late-stage deal obstacles
- Requires regular travel for customer engagements, conferences, and revenue-generating activities
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3-4 years in sales, preferably in education sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and build rapport with customers
- Knowledgeable about the K-12 education space, including school structures, funding, and purchasing processes
- Proficient in collaboration tools, CRMs, and sales technologies to effectively manage customer relationships and drive business growth
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles
