✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and selling Renaissance Learning’s products and services within an assigned territory
- Focus on driving new business, cross/up-sell, and renewal opportunities to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high product renewal rates
- Requires regular travel for customer engagements, conferences, and revenue-generating activities
- Deep knowledge of the K-12 education space, including public, private, and parochial schools

- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the education sector
- Proficient in using collaboration tools like Outlook, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong knowledge of education customers, their organizational structures, and leadership personas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
- Familiarity with CRMs and other sales technology tools
