As the Process Engineering Lead, you will own and drive end-to-end process engineering across the organization, ensuring that processes consistently deliver internal and external customer service excellence. You will lead a team of Process Analysts, embed robust process governance, and continuously improve operational performance through structured engineering, innovation, and cost discipline. This role is designed for a senior process professional who combines systems thinking, people leadership, and process capability. You will ensure processes are well-designed, governed, measured, and optimized to support sustainable growth, automation enablement, and operational excellence.
Process Engineering & Service Excellence:
• Ensure the design, alignment, and implementation of end-to-end processes within areas of accountability.
• Embed quality service standards into process design to consistently deliver internal and external customer service excellence.
• Act as the escalation point for complex process issues requiring engineering expertise.
Process Improvement & Cost Optimization:
• Identify, prevent, and eliminate process wastage through Lean and value-based analysis.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, cycle time, rework, and operational risk.
• Develop data-driven insights into process performance and apply innovative solutions to improve organizational outcomes.
Process Governance & Subject Matter Expertise:
• Provide and maintain subject matter expertise in process engineering, standards, and methodologies.
• Ensure processes are audit-ready, compliant, and aligned to enterprise risk and control frameworks.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise process inventory and maturity levels.
People Leadership & Capability Development:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Analysts to deliver high-quality process outcomes.
• Create an environment that encourages learning, innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
• Execute people management responsibilities, including performance management, development planning, and succession readiness.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience with process modelling tools (ARIS, Bizagi, Visio, or equivalent).
• Ability to define and interpret process KPIs, maturity metrics, and cost drivers.
• Strong business and financial acumen to support cost containment and efficiency initiatives.
• 5–8 years' experience in process engineering, operations improvement or transformation roles.
• Minimum 3 years in a people leadership or senior specialist capacity.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications (advantageous):
• BPM / Process Management certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• Change Management or Agile Certification
