Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, and Café Tango! Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT we're looking to grow the team with our newest Operations & Logistics Coordinator. Members of the Logistics team support the management of our most important assets: our machines. Freezing Point has a nationwide presence with more than 40,000 machines in all 50 states. Every day machines are moving to and from stores as our operations team and service providers manage the installation, repair, and replacement of Freezing Point equipment. Note: This is a fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT. Hybrid options are not available. Pay: $19.00 - $23.00/hourly

Key Responsibilities

On the logistics team, every minute matters. While certain actions or tasks may be routine, you will be faced with unique challenges and problems to solve every day. Daily responsibilities on our team may include:

• Recording machine movements in ERP and company internal asset tracking databases and CRM tools
• Reviewing sales contracts for completeness before beginning machine movement coordination
• Coordinating with third party installers to complete timely machine movements
• Reviewing completed jobs for accuracy and quality
• Supporting machine inventory counts; investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and escalating problems as necessary
• Assisting with other critical projects as needed
• Improving the process!

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Have 2+ years experience in a corporate Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations role. Are an exceptional communicator and comfortable communicating in person, in writing, and over the phone. A huge plus if you speak Spanish! Manage your time well and can prioritize multiple projects. Are an idea person. You share feedback and are comfortable receiving feedback from others. Are very comfortable with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions

Fully onsite office position in Salt Lake City, UT. Note: Working with Frazil is contingent on passing a Background Check and pre-employment drug screen.
