Inside Sales Representative

Pay structure: base pay with commissions based on machine placements Pay range: $60-$100k

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representatives to manage and close a high volume of pre-qualified leads—but this role is not limited to pre-qualified leads. You will also work a wide range of additional sales opportunities that support our national growth strategy. This role is essential in ensuring convenience store operators understand and take advantage of our machine placement opportunities. You will be responsible for educating prospects, managing the full sales process, and driving sign-ups for our Frazil Bundle Program. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads and broader sales opportunities via phone.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of the Frazil bundle program and guide store owners/managers through the decision-making process.
  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact through agreement signature.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in our CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with field sales to coordinate follow-ups when necessary.
  • Hit weekly activity and sales goals aligned with our national growth objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B, retail, or food/beverage.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of calls.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • You have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and coachable mindset.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Frequently communicate with team members through spoken words, email, and telephonically.
  • Fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Frequent use of computers, including prolonged periods of screen time.
