We invite you to join our passionate team at Fraport Greece! We are responsible for operating, managing, and upgrading 14 regional airports in the most attractive destinations in Greece! If you feel fit the role's requirements, apply for the IT&T Field Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining the airport's IT&T systems and networks, identifying and resolving hardware or software issues on-site and remotely, as well as performing cabling works and patching, ongoing routine checks on machinery, and maintaining/updating the equipment inventory.

The role is located in our premises at Mykonos (JMK) Airport.

What will you be doing?

  1. Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications on-site.
  2. Maintain and monitor the airport's IT&T systems and networks.
  3. Diagnose and resolve first-level hardware and/or software issues.
  4. Supervise external providers on-site at the airport's IT&T Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and Secondary Distribution Frames (SDFs).
  5. Receive, safekeep, and record IT&T hardware assets on local inventory.
  6. Identify end users' needs proactively during the daily walk-throughs in the airport.
  7. Actively participate in ad hoc projects according to departmental and the company's goals.
  8. Stay updated with the latest technological trends regarding the airport's equipment installation base.
  9. Available to work in shifts.
