Airport Training Specialist

Fraport Greece is currently looking to grow the Human Resources & Training team by hiring a caliber Airport Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will be accountable for supporting the effective implementation of functional training activities across the organization, targeting FG employees and third-party personnel. The role ensures accurate training records, smooth coordination of training logistics, and consistent communication with training vendors, trainers, and participants to maintain the timely execution of the training plan, ensure compliance with corporate procedures, and enhance the overall training experience. The role is part of the Training team reporting to the Airport Training Supervisor.

The role is located in our headquarters in Marousi.

What you will be doing:

1. Training Records Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update employees' training results and activities in the Corporate HRM-Training database, and monitor the effectiveness and compliance of all training initiatives by tracking completion rates, evaluating learning outcomes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc training reports to management and relevant stakeholders, to track training progress, gaps, and compliance status and to support informed decision-making.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Perform data entry and system maintenance within the LMS, including uploading courses, enrolling participants, and ensuring all training-related information is accurately recorded.
• Act as LMS Administrator for assigned functions, ensuring data accuracy, proper system functionality, and timely updates across all training activities, while also providing active user support and facilitation to employees and stakeholders.

3. Training Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate upcoming training activities through effective communication with trainers and participants.
• Arrange and prepare training rooms and any other required infrastructure, according to program requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and distribute training materials and equipment (e.g., handouts, evaluation forms, projectors, flipcharts, etc.).

4. Training Execution Support

• Provide on-site support to instructors and participants during training sessions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor attendance, review cases of non-attendance, and inform the Airport Training Supervisor accordingly.
