We are looking for a supervisor – Customer Service to join our Branch Services West based in Pune.
Supervise the daily operations of the region and the attached branches. Coordinate with other sub functions of TA and other departments to resolve the investor related and distributor related issues. Ensure that the standard terms of service offering are met at all three levels viz., a. investors, b. distributors, and c. internal customer. Recruit, coach and manage the performance of individual team members. Improve daily processes and procedures; support and implement change; and through communication, guide the team towards achieving company goals. Ensure the regulations are complied with strictly in terms of operations and customer service. Fulfill customer expectations. Handle or initiate other projects that benefit the company
Supervises a team of professional employees to achieve objectives and requirements of own team and/or workgroup, which may include more complex and/or higher risk functions and decision-making.
Aligns workgroup or team to Global Shareholder Services (GSS) business objectives and climate to drive positive customer experience and protect best interest of shareholders, funds and FT
Involved in divisional or corporate initiatives. Manages short-to-moderate-term objectives.
May lead across multiple locations/regions.
Develops and drives goals in support of the strategic and operational plans for the department; sets priorities and administers implementation of business solutions; and drives/promotes change adoption.
Engages team, develops direct reports, advocates for staff developmental needs, and proactively manages pay for performance philosophy.
Monitors compliance with and contributes to the evolution of internal policies and procedures.
Collaborates locally and across regions with cross-functional leaders as needed to plan for and coordinate objectives, builds relationships with peers and business partners to drive the business.
Responsible for completion of special projects as may be assigned.
Manage resources such that project activities are completed within affecting BAU
Preparation of project related reports that need to be sent to the management
Manage and maintain good relationship with vendors and business partners
Plan and prepare Annual Goals and monitor Progress
Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders regarding key deliverables
Has good Presentation skills, influencing and negotiating skills
Effectively drive and manage change, plan business contingency and achieve cross-training
Ability to identify and apply company policies and procedures
Graduation / MBA
Overall, 8 – 10 years of experience in AMCs / Banks in a similar role, with supervisory experience in India.
