About the Department

This team manages loan operations and trade settlements within a financial services environment. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the department ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across leveraged loan and CLO transactions. Team members work closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers, and Analysts, gaining exposure to complex financial instruments and operational processes. Joining this team offers opportunities to deepen expertise in structured finance and contribute to high-impact initiatives.

How You Will Add Value

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process trades, reconcile loans, and manage settlements.
  • Support syndications, CLOs, restructures, and funding documentation.
  • Review trade confirmations and agreements for accuracy.
  • Post trades, allocate positions, and generate daily files.
  • Ensure cash and securities settle correctly.
  • Reconcile daily cash accounts.
  • Monitor systems and resolve trade issues.
  • Collaborate with Trustees, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Build relationships with Traders and Portfolio Managers.
  • Improve system speed and accuracy.
  • Assist Analysts in managing portfolio credits.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • 3–5 years in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Experience in leveraged loan and CLO operations.
  • Familiarity with Wall Street Office, S&P Loan Platforms, and Aladdin.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Macros.
  • Knowledge of CLO reporting and analytics.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and effective communication.
