How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver analytical and operational support to key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across teams.
• Build solutions using Power Platform, Alteryx, and other tools.
• Apply Python or SQL for data-driven insights.
• Support and mentor citizen developers.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Lead global department's automation and transformation initiatives.
• Manage project pipelines and track progress.
• Represent the function in internal and external forums.
• Stay current with automation and AI trends.

Team & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with global technology and operations teams.
• Resolve production issues with internal and external partners.
• Enhance workflows and strengthen operational controls.
• Lead testing, implementation, and training activities.
• Support front office teams with complex requirements.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.
• 8–12 years experience in middle-office or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in automation tools and platforms (Power Platform, Alteryx, Power Query Dataflows, DAX, RDL / SSRS, Power FX, with ability to quickly explore any new tools)
• Proficiency in Python or SQL.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and reporting experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Work Shift Timing - 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST
