How You Will Add Value?

• You will design and support enterprise messaging and unified communications platforms
• You will integrate communication services with third-party cloud technologies
• You will support mergers, acquisitions, and standard business requests
• You will resolve complex incidents as a third-level escalation resource
• You will monitor platform performance and implement improvements
• You will support after-hours work during critical activities

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience:

• 5+ years in senior messaging or unified communications engineering roles
• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale
• 5+ years providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 support

Education & Certifications:

• Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Teams certifications
• Azure Administration certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate certification preferred

Technical Skills:

• Hybrid Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
• Teams Phone Direct Routing and Operator Connect
• Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet administration
• Advanced PowerShell scripting
• Single sign-on integration
• Azure application registration and permission management
• Microsoft Graph API management
• Messaging security tools
• Engineering Design Documentation, Presentation and Training
