About the Department

This team builds and manages relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, and family offices. Working collaboratively across product, research, and compliance functions, the department delivers tailored investment solutions and market insights. In joining this team you will have exposure to strategic clients, complex financial products, in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

How You Will Add Value

  • Develop strategies to attract and retain institutional clients.
  • Manage relationships with key investors and understand their priorities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Deliver tailored investment solutions across asset classes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings.
  • Provide market insights and product commentary.
  • Advise clients on macro trends and portfolio strategy.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare presentations and performance reports.
  • Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all sales activities.
  • Represent the firm at industry events.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Degree in ideally Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred.
  • 5 years+ in institutional sales or financial services.
  • Proven success with institutional client relationships.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
  • Skilled in analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Soft Skills:

  • High integrity and regulatory awareness.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages a plus.
