The Global Security Maintenance (GSM) team is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate security reference data that supports trading, portfolio management, compliance, pricing, research, and reporting. The team partners with front-office and back-office stakeholders across asset classes to ensure high-quality data flows through enterprise systems. This work is critical to investment accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Team members gain broad exposure to global securities, strong data governance practices, and hands-on experience supporting investment operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will create and maintain issuer and security records in enterprise systems.
You will support U.S. and international asset classes across multiple security types.
You will ensure accurate security data before downstream system distribution.
You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly production support tasks.
You will resolve vendor feed exceptions and perform quality checks.
You will respond to client data requests within agreed service levels.
You will follow documented procedures, controls, and task checklists.
You will escalate production and client issues when required.
You will support audits and compliance with internal policies.
You will contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation.
You will participate in projects and strategic initiatives.
You will share exception learnings to prevent repeat issues.
You will maintain and update process documentation.
You will participate in cross-training and peer learning initiatives.
Experience:
One to three years of experience at an analyst level.
Prior experience in investment operations, trade processing, or settlements preferred.
Education & Certifications:
Masters Degree in business, accounting, or finance, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of security master data and investment operations.
Comfort working with enterprise systems and data-driven processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage routine tasks with consistency and discipline.
Willingness to escalate issues proactively.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Interest in learning across asset classes and processes.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
