Within Franciscan, the Cardiovascular Services Administrative Director is responsible for the direction and coordination of the activities of the assigned service line, to execute daily operations and meet the objectives of the hospital plan for the Provision of Patient Care.
This position implements standards and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing and technical care delivered to assigned patient populations. The Administrative Director has administrative responsibility for assigned departments and for program development with Patient Care Services. Overall, fulfilling the responsibilities of this role assists in making a more functional and efficient department.
