Plans, organizes, monitors and controls the work activities of the group in accordance with customer requirements and company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Trains, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
May recommend wage adjustment or change of status.
Supervises group's performance to complete projects within budget and schedule.
Provides technical guidance to employees.
Ensures adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.
Travel as required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Technical expertise in nuclear plant maintenance.
Deep understanding of NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) standards.
Knowledge of nuclear plant systems (e.g., reactors, turbines, cooling systems).
Understanding of field service logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Salary: $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
