This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. As an Early Career Chemical Engineer in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. You will be required to learn existing plant systems and support improvement projects and maintenance activities at a facility containing hazardous chemical processes. Major duties will include:
Support for plant processes to maintain and/or improve operational effectiveness.
Oversee field work related to installations, repairs, and retrofits.
Provide guidance for the design, start up, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment and ancillary systems.
Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable safety, industrial, and plant standards.
Adhere to approved procedures and methods in support of 24/7 nuclear fuel manufacturing facility.
Organize and execute project management tasks - capital appropriations, cost, schedule, etc. Manage pipefitter and millwright craft resources.

The range of base salary for the position is between $77,968.80 - $92,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
