What You'll Do Day-To-Day

Work will include gathering and analyzing information, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, procure components and parts. Identifying solutions for customers. Creating and processing RMAs. Documenting necessary service actions in detail and warranty coverage. Coordinate preplacement, repair and return shipments. Generate quotes for out-of-warranty replacements and repairs of industrial computers. Assist customers with technical support for software and hardware.

What You'll Bring

Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent. CompTIA A+ certified for ability to achieve within 6 months. General PC hardware and software knowledge. Ability to troubleshoot PC and peripheral products at system level. General knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite, etc. Excellent attention to detail. Be familiar with the company's safety and health policy/program.

Total Rewards Package

Salary: $17.10 - $22.40, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
