Need a professional with strong skills to ensure production related activities are delivered as per SLA. Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support across enterprise platforms including SAP, Databricks, AWS, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring services, triaging tickets, executing SOP-based tasks, managing user requests, handling data injections, and maintaining dashboards.
