Red Seat Ventures (RSV), a FOX company, is seeking a senior, enterprise-level marketing leader to architect and scale global audience growth across its portfolio of creator-led audio brands. This role will operate as a strategic owner of marketing vision, infrastructure, and performance, with full accountability for multi-platform growth, brand positioning, and revenue alignment.
Reporting into executive leadership, the Senior Director will define long-range growth strategy, operationalize data-driven marketing systems, and cultivate high-impact platform and distribution partnerships. This is a remote leadership role requiring strong executive presence, disciplined performance rigor, and the ability to build scalable frameworks across a distributed team environment.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-167,000.00 annually for high cost labor markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $119,100.00-139,100.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
