WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE AS A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

You tackle each day with confidence, knowing you're the go-to expert for repairs and maintenance that meet our Kanga standards. From diagnosing tricky issues to executing precise fixes, you deliver results customers can count on. You spot opportunities for valuable upgrades and communicate them with professionalism, while mentoring Tech II team members to sharpen their skills. You keep your truck and uniform in top shape, operate proficiently in CenterPoint, and interact with every customer in a friendly, courteous way that leaves a lasting impression.

Here's what we need from you:

• 2+ years of experience
• Valid driver's license
• Competency with technology
• Polite and respectful, with a positive attitude
• Leak investigation and repair skills
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in attics
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Ability to communicate well with supervisors and customers
• Experience with chimney flashing is preferred
