What You Will Do
- Oversee service of guest amenities to ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
- Ensure all in-room dining orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and presented to Four Seasons standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary needs.
- Maintain personalized, discreet, and attentive service to enhance guest experience.
- Supervise daily activities of Room Service staff including Order Takers, Servers, Assistant Servers and Minibar Attendants.
- Train and coach team members on Four Seasons service standards, etiquette, and upselling techniques.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure all equipment, trays, minibars, and service areas are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular checks on service consistency, food presentation, and staff grooming.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
What You Bring
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in In-Room Dining in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and guest complaints with professionalism.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
