- You must possess strong problem-solving abilities and have a keen eye for user interactions and system architecture.
- The ability to work autonomously and make decisions in dynamic circumstances is crucial.
- You should be comfortable with Agile methodologies and have experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments and remote international settings is strongly preferred.
