✨ About The Role
- The Software Engineer - Backend will be part of a dedicated product team responsible for planning, architecture, development, and maintenance of Fountain products
- The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other software engineers to deliver product features and enhance core stack technologies
- The Worker Experience team operates with agility and speed, releasing new products every quarter using a product-led growth approach
- The position requires collaboration within a globally distributed organization, spanning different time zones, continents, and cultures
- Responsibilities include ensuring the quality, reliability, operations, and security of the product, as well as providing clear reports on product scope, planning, and team members to superiors
⚡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong technical background in backend development, data structures, and architecture
- Demonstrated experience in product-oriented software development and expertise in TypeScript and cloud-first solutions
- Ability to work independently and confidently in dynamic situations with limited information
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French being highly regarded
- Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments and remote international settings is preferred
