- As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Fountain solutions to large employers in industries that rely heavily on an hourly workforce.
- You will prospect key accounts within your territory and build a sustainable sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing and sales development teams.
- The role involves managing a complex enterprise sales process and driving consensus among stakeholders in HR, recruiting, business operations, IT, and other corporate functions.
- You will be expected to close new accounts that generate six- and seven-figure annual recurring revenue.
- The position requires tracking all customer information and progress using Salesforce and other Fountain tools while contributing to a culture of accountability and teamwork.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in selling business solutions to senior executives.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing six- and seven-figure deals is essential for success in this role.
- Strong knowledge of technology solutions that serve the recruiting, HR, and hourly workforce market is crucial, including understanding buyer personas and value drivers at the executive level.
- Experience in startup organizations and selling innovative products that require creativity will be highly beneficial.
