- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in selling business solutions to senior executives. - A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing 5 and 6-figure deals is essential for success in this role. - Strong knowledge of technology solutions that serve the recruiting, HR, and hourly workforce market is crucial, including understanding buyer personas and value drivers at the executive level. - Experience in startup organizations and the ability to sell novel products that require creativity will be highly valued. - The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively promote Fountain's vision, products, and value proposition.
