- As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Fountain's workforce management platform to employers in the U.S. and Canada.
- You will focus on industries where the hourly workforce is core to business operations, such as retail, hospitality, logistics, and healthcare.
- The role involves prospecting key accounts, building a sustainable pipeline, and managing a fast commercial sales process.
- You will work collaboratively with stakeholders in HR, recruiting, business operations, and IT to drive consensus and close new accounts.
- The position requires tracking customer information and progress using Salesforce and other Fountain tools.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in selling business solutions to senior executives.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing 5 and 6-figure deals is essential for success in this role.
- Strong knowledge of technology solutions that serve the recruiting, HR, and hourly workforce market is crucial, including understanding buyer personas and value drivers at the executive level.
- Experience in startup organizations and the ability to sell novel products that require creativity will be highly valued.
