Technical Support Specialist - Belgian French & English - 21.5K

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with native or bilingual level of Belgian French and advanced English (C1). The responsibilities include responding to retailer support inquiries via phone, email, providing software introductions and handling order processes, including setup and shipping of hardware.

What We Offer:

• PERMANENT CONTRACT. We will train you from day one within the contract.
• Working hours of 39 hours per week.
• SALARY up to 21.5k euros gross per year.
• Paid training within the contract for 3 weeks.
• On-site working at our offices near Puerta de Toledo or Pirámides.
• Possible transition to a hybrid working model after the learning curve, with proximity to the office required for occasional meetings and training.

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced computer skills or technical qualifications.
• Native or bilingual level of Belgian French.
• Advanced level of ENGLISH (C1).
• Residence in MADRID.
