We are looking for two enthusiastic Finnish speaking Technical Support Specialists to join our international team.
What?
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will answer phone calls and possibly handle emails/chat inquiries. Providing excellent customer service is an essential part of your role. We support both business and consumer clients with issues related to devices, operating systems, device setups, functions, and warranty matters. We provide comprehensive training and support from the team! We also offer ongoing training and opportunities to progress within the company.
Who?
To succeed in this role, you need a positive attitude, genuine customer service skills, friendliness, meticulousness, and a hardworking approach. You should be relaxed, humorous, and flexible. Excellent communication skills and independent, quick problem-solving abilities are crucial. You should not shy away from occasional rush and be open to feedback. You should have a relevant education (e.g., data science or vocational) and prior experience in the field. IT enthusiasm is a plus. We expect excellent and fluent Finnish (spoken and written) and good English. Other language skills are advantageous.
Where and when?
This is a permanent position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. Changes in working hours are possible due to client service changes. The average weekly working hours are 37.5. There will be a training and onboarding period at the start. Training and onboarding are regular, paid working hours. The workplace at the beginning is our office in Turku Kupittaa. Hybrid work may be considered after the training and onboarding period under certain conditions. We are looking for a colleague who is ready to commit and grow with us!
The job starts at the end of March, March 30, 2026. The employment is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
