Customer Service Representative

We are now looking for Danish-speaking customer service employees with a strong sense of service. With us, we work to answer incoming support questions about all our customers' products with a great focus on customers' experience of their contact with us through a pleasant and personal approach. At Foundever, we believe that attitude and personality matter more than previous work experience. That's why we do not require previous employment when we seek future customer service employees. Our customers primarily contact us by phone, but also via email and chat, but your main tool will mostly be the telephone.

You have the option to work either from home or onsite at our office. In connection with your employment, we will provide the tools you need. If you choose to work from home, you just need a stable internet connection and a place in your home where you can work undisturbed.

To apply for this job, you must meet the following: fluent Danish in both spoken and written form; fluent English in both spoken and written form; clean criminal record; basic computer skills.

Your job duties:

The task includes troubleshooting software products. It also includes troubleshooting to exclude or locate hardware faults and finding flexible solutions. The main focus is customer satisfaction.

You are good at coaching the customer to the right solution. The focus is on creating satisfied customers and answering their questions through a pleasant and personal approach. The role also includes a focus on meeting the goals that the customer and the company have set. This means that you have the opportunity to influence your salary, as we use a fixed basic salary with an accompanying bonus model. The role does not include sales, as the focus is on customer satisfaction.

Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. This means there are no evenings/weekends. We have two teams, one from 08:00 to 17:00 and the other from 09:00 to 18:00, which will run on rotation in the team.

Interviews are taking place continuously and the position can be filled before the application deadline. The work must be performed in Danish, for Danish-speaking customers.
