What We Offer:

• Permanent Contract: 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 and 20:00.
• Competitive Salary: €18,976 gross annually, with growth opportunities.
• Elite Training: Training within a contract during three weeks from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Paid with 1061.46 euros.
• Onsite Work in the Heart of Madrid: Located in Puerta de Toledo, with a hybrid model option after 6 months.
• Training Start Date: 22/09/2025.

What We're Looking For:

• Native or Bilingual Slovak Level.
• Advanced English Skills (B2).
• Customer Service Experience and a strong desire to work in a team.
• Capability to Understand Customer Needs and Provide Effective Solutions.
• Residence in Madrid or Willingness to Relocate to This Vibrant City.
