Global Sales Lead – Mining & Resources

As our Global Sales Lead – Mining & Resources, you'll drive new business growth across global mining markets, selling complex SaaS solutions that save lives.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a dual-function leadership role; owning and closing high-value deals while leading a small, capable team of sales professionals focused on the mining and resources segment.
Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you'll be both strategist and executor: developing go-to-market approaches, engaging senior decision-makers, and mentoring a lean team to hit their targets. You'll be the face of Forwood in the mining industry, driving revenue while helping clients improve safety outcomes across the globe.
Our fatality prevention technology is proven and trusted by some of the world's most high-risk industries. As we expand into new markets, we're seeking a confident and strategic sales leader to help us grow our impact where it matters most.

You'll Thrive in This Role if You Are:
- A proven SaaS sales leader, preferably with mining or heavy industry experience
- A strong closer and trusted advisor who can build relationships at the C-suite level
- Experience managing high-performing sales pipelines with discipline and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team while executing on personal revenue targets
- Polished communicator with strong commercial and technical storytelling ability
- Deep understanding of the mining and resources sector and safety-related challenges
- Highly self-driven, organized, and strategic
- Willingness to travel globally as required
