Service Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization supporting government and municipal services, is seeking a Service Support Specialist to join their team. As a Service Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting payment processing and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

What's the Job?

  • Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.
  • Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
  • Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls
  • Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
