Senior HVAC/R Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks that ensure compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across our facilities. This role requires applying advanced HVAC/R knowledge to improve processes, guide team members, and deliver exceptional service aligned with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, EMS, and digital controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate workloads with external service providers.
• Monitor refrigerant levels and track parts usage accurately.
• Order, manage, and maintain HVAC/R parts and supplies inventory.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations, building codes, and indoor air quality standards.
• Adhere to OSHA and EPA guidelines, including refrigerant reclamation procedures.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and uphold company values in all operations.

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Experience in facilities and building maintenance.
• EPA Universal Certification and Type I & II certifications for refrigerant handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical HVAC/R certification with:
• 2+ years in mechanical maintenance or a construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, or
• 4+ years in a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Work Environment:

• Travel to retail and distribution locations using a company-provided service van and tools.
• Work in confined spaces, uneven surfaces, and varying temperatures (extreme heat or cold).
• May require working at heights, overnight shifts, and flexible hours.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $105060.80 - $107000.00/yr. The company will provide PTO, Medical, dental, and paid holidays.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.
