You will be the Project Engineer for the F-35 Line of Business Project Engineering Office. Our team is supporting the Readiness team within Engineering & Technology. Understanding the program's technical information and contractual scope(s). You would be the Primary engineering POC accountable for maintaining accurate Estimate To Complete/Earned-Value Management (ETC/EVM) metrics across the Readiness domain to include all impacted contracts. You would lead detailed IMS accuracy and updates across the domain. Utilize EVMS metrics to identify and escalate R&Os to the Program Manager. Certify that every project's work package conforms to the approved baseline and meets LM compliance requirements. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with production, including technical, schedule, and cost risks. Interact with senior leadership in E&T, program management, sustainment, and stakeholders. Suggest areas for process improvement and participate in initiatives to optimize process workflows, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience Project Engineering/technical experience Secret or higher security clearance with Special Access Programs Seven + years of experience in related field.
Experience in EVMS and/or CAM certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. F-35 Program Experience. Experience developing project plans, basis-of-estimates, and integrated master schedules. Experience working with PDM and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel). Experience with BOEs and/or proposals.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
