Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Summer 2026 Operations Engineer Intern. In this role, you will support the development and execution of acquisition strategy, learn about supplier relationships and deliverables, and integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing, capacity and capability analysis, sourcing, and operations. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• Excel skills and general skills using Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve strategic problems
• Organized, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mentality
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of supply chain management
• Experience collecting, documenting and analyzing data
• Experience interpreting, communicating, and visualizing data into metrics for customers and leadership
• Experience participating on continuous improvement teams

• Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
