Help Desk Support Technician

General Summary: We are seeking to fill the position of Help Desk Support Technician at our Fort Worth location; however the location is flexible for the right candidate. The Help Desk Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues within the eight locations of Ciera Bank. This role serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT problems and ensures minimal disruption to business operations.
