As a Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will lead all activities associated with the Maintenance Warehouse, overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of maintenance materials, supplies, and critical spare parts. You will also manage logistical functions, including forklift and tug operations, to support Plant Engineering's needs. In this role you will plan and schedule work, conduct workflow analyses, and ensure that the Plant Engineering department receives timely, reliable support. You must be able to direct scheduled employees to perform their duties in a continuously operating manufacturing environment while adhering to established budgets, union contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements. The position requires coordinating services among multiple maintenance crafts and crews, and it demands computer proficiency.
