Job Duties/Responsibilities: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern Facilities Engineering. In this role, you will manage facilities infrastructure projects and participate in the design of infrastructure mechanical and electrical systems. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of facilities infrastructure projects, project management, and or facilities design experience. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications: Pursuing Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a graduation date between 2026 and 2027. Experience in Facilities Operations Organization preferred, but not required.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of Facilities Mechanical or Electrical Systems. Experience working on facilities projects. Experience with Maximo. Basic Understanding of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in MicroStation (preferred) or other facilities design software such as AutoCAD or similar software.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
