The Equipment Service Person performs emergent, planned and routinely scheduled work such as preventative maintenance. Tasks may include transporting oils and lubrication products and coolants to and from job sites, changing oil and coolants as required, maintaining proper fluid levels, and disposal of contaminated fluids. Perform routine greasing of machines and mechanical equipment; draining, cleaning, and replacing fluids; remove packing lubricants from new equipment and replenishing operating lubricants as required. Replace a variety of filter types for dust collectors, paint booths and HVAC. Assist various craftsmen with maintenance of machines and mechanical equipment; respond and perform cleanup of various spills, and the ability to safely operate motorized vehicles. Clean as you go is required to maintain a safe and foreign object damage compliant environment. Ability to attain personal respirator qualification.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
