We are seeking dynamic IT SALES EXECUTIVES to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales or call center sales, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT hardware, software, and managed services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for SMB clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- BS in CS/SE OR BBA / MBA (preferred for business-focused roles)
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales or call center sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with MSP offerings, cloud solutions, and IT hardware/software products.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
