Your Role

Technical Service Analyst, you will play an essential role in the operation of post-sales technical support, ensuring the efficiency and traceability of the entire service chain. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Attend customer calls via phone, email, and chatbots, ensuring prompt and quality service;
  • Open, process, monitor, and close service orders using Salesforce;
  • Communicate and dispatch service orders to field engineers in a strategic, precise, and timely manner;
  • Monitor the execution of services in the field, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
  • Ensure that all records comply with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector and internal policies, ensuring full traceability;
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the useful life of medical devices, in accordance with current legislation;
  • Support the shipment of spare parts and maintenance kits, tracking logistics through SAP;
  • Record and maintain the traceability of calibration and monitoring tools, supporting logistics planning with suppliers;
  • Actively participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of processes and the team.

What You Bring

Essential Requirements

  • Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in areas such as administration, operations, business, healthcare, or related fields;
  • Experience or interest in customer service, service chain, or technical support;
  • Good verbal and written communication;
  • Organization, urgency, and focus on problem-solving;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and customer-oriented;
  • Basic English.

Advantages (not mandatory):

  • Experience with medical equipment or work in hospital environments;
  • Previous field experience or in technical services;
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP and/or Salesforce;
  • Spanish;
  • Technical training in healthcare or biomedicine.
