Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for achieving the sales target
2. Achieve annual sales target.
3. Review sales results monthly with management team.
4. Review sales results with distributors and implement appropriate action plans.
5. Build the required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on the growth opportunities.
6. Monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel create, win-rate and time to close)
7. Lead the Go-To-Market development of the region including distributors development
8. Review ongoing sales opportunities.
9. Visit end-user customers within region to gain an understanding of the customers/markets.
10. Develop a market model map and size of the business opportunities
11. Develop the Go To Market strategy within the region.
12. Onboard new and equip current distributors with product and sales training.
13. Drive results through effective marketing
14. Present information about new products and applications.
15. Develop and implement effective sales- and marketing programs.
16. Target key market sectors to generate the end-user pull strategy
17. Plan demo equipment requirements for sales support
18. Plan targeted campaigns to maximize awareness and development
19. Deliver Growth via Direct Sales approach at Key Account Customers
20. Develop and implement Account Plans per Key Account
21. Manage the Tender process and build relationships with Key Stakeholders
22. Present information about new products and applications.
23. Plan targeted campaigns to maximize awareness and development

Qualification

Recognized Degree

10+ Years of experience in similar field in Health Care & Medical Industry
