About the Internship

Are you curious about how finance operations work in a global organization? This short-term internship offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Financial Shared Service Center. Over the course of one week, you will be introduced to the daily activities and processes within one of our key departments: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Cash Application.

What You Will Learn

• Accounts Receivable (Credit Control): Understand how companies manage outstanding customer payments and maintain healthy cash flow.

• Accounts Payable: Learn how supplier invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time.

• Cash Application: Discover how incoming payments are matched to customer accounts and reconciled.

You will shadow experienced professionals, observe real-world workflows, and gain insight into the tools and systems used in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in introductory sessions about financial processes.

• Observe and assist with basic tasks under supervision.

• Learn how data accuracy and compliance are maintained in financial transactions.

• Ask questions and engage with team members to deepen your understanding.
