Your Role as a Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is installed, configured, and functioning perfectly to meet client needs. Your main activities include:

• Install, start-up, and commission ISC equipment, both in iNet systems and standalone.
• Configure software, perform operational tests, and make minor repairs.
• Train operators for the correct use of equipment.
• Diagnose and solve technical problems in the field.
• Maintain inventory control of instruments in your area of operation.
• Work in confined spaces when necessary, following safety norms.
• Document occurrences and follow up until resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Act as a technical reference for clients and the sales team.
• Suggest improvements and share client feedback with the development team.

What You Bring to the Team

Required:

• Experience in field services, instrumentation, or technical support.
• Knowledge of networks, IP addressing, MS Office, and technical software.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a client focus.
• Good communication and relationship skills.
• Availability for travel and to work in different environments.

Preferred:

• Experience with monitoring systems or industrial safety.
• Knowledge of safety norms for confined spaces.
