Traffic and Creative Operations Specialist – Fluke Creative Studio

The Fluke Creative Studio is a fast-growing, in-house agency that brings brand ideas to life across global audiences. As part of this team, you'll help shape how creative work flows—from intake to delivery—so our designers, writers, and producers can do their best work.

If you love optimizing systems, improving processes, and bringing clarity to complex workflows, this role gives you the chance to make a meaningful impact on a highly collaborative and creative organization.

What You'll Do?

As the Traffic and Creative Operations Specialist, you'll serve as a key operational partner for the Creative Studio. You will manage workflow strategy, capacity planning, and tooling excellence to ensure projects move smoothly and teams are set up for success.

Creative Traffic & Workflow Management

  • Oversee end-to-end traffic management, including intake, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Maintain clear, efficient workflow processes across all stages of the creative lifecycle.
  • Validate briefs, scopes, timelines, and resourcing needs alongside Creative Studio leadership.
  • Lead daily and weekly production meetings to align on priorities, capacity, and risks.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they affect timelines.

Project Prioritization & Resource Planning

  • Balance competing requests using business impact, urgency, and team capacity.
  • Provide visibility into workload distribution, utilization, and upcoming demand.
  • Support short- and long-term resource planning, identifying trends and resourcing gaps.
  • Recommend sequencing, tradeoffs, or staffing changes when priorities shift.
  • Advise stakeholders on feasibility, timelines, and scope expectations.

Creative Operations & Process Optimization

  • Own and improve studio workflows, processes, templates, and playbooks.
  • Identify ways to reduce friction and accelerate speed-to-market without sacrificing quality.
  • Support operational initiatives that enhance the studio's scalability and consistency.
  • Ensure teams receive clear briefs, requirements, and assets prior to kickoff.
  • Drive continuous improvement through documentation, retrospectives, and data insights.

Tools, Systems & Data Management

  • Serve as an expert and operational owner of project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Manage Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Aprimo) for organization, governance, and versioning.
  • Maintain accurate data to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Build dashboards and reports on throughput, utilization, and cycle times.
  • Support evaluation and adoption of new tools, automation, and AI-enabled processes.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the operational link between the Creative Studio and Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, Commercial, and Regional teams.
  • Guide stakeholders through intake, prioritization, and approval processes.
  • Manage feedback cycles to ensure timely, actionable reviews.
  • Communicate status, risks, changes, and expectations clearly and proactively.

Quality Control & Asset Delivery

  • Oversee creative asset review cycles to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Conduct operational quality checks prior to release or deployment.
  • Support localization, versioning, and global distribution needs.
  • Ensure assets are properly archived and tagged within the DAM.

What You Bring?

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or project management within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, copywriting, photography, video, and production.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and DAM platforms (e.g., Aprimo).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workflows and competing priorities.
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience supporting technical, industrial, or B2B marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with operational frameworks, capacity planning models, or creative production best practices.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary and performance incentives
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Hybrid or flexible work arrangements
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture committed to innovation and continuous improvement
